90 Day Non-Adapt

For our progressive wearer clients, we offer a 90-day trial period with the selected progressive design. If you are unable to adapt to the new lenses within a 90-day period, we will allow you to switch into another lens design (a different progressive, single-vision, or bi-focal).

 

Doctor’s Prescription Change

For all prescription glasses purchased at Eye Candy, if you are unable to adapt to the prescription within a 30-day period, we will offer one change (same lens or to upgrade at cost of client) if a change in prescription is found by our optometrist or by another optometrist of your choice.

 

Prescription checks for clients who are not a patient of Eye Candy Optometry will be charged for that appointment. If clients are a patient and have recently been seen by our optometrist, the appointment is free of charge (within a 6 month period from last visit).

 

For children’s (aged 12 and under) prescription changes are allowed to be made within 1 year from the time of purchase.

 

One Year Frame Warranty

For all frames purchased at Eye Candy that happen to break under non-intentional damage, we will replace them free of charge. Damage incurred must prove to be from manufacturer defect – not due to neglect or from improper care).

 

Lens Warranty

All lenses purchased at Eye Candy come with either a 1 or 2 year manufacturer’s warranty (dependent on lens brand). If damage to lenses is proven to be from manufacturer’s defect, they will be replaced free of charge. Damage includes scratches (non-intentional), crazing (coatings breaking down before they should be), or defects.
